Package begins at sign up and ends once client matches or applicable residency match cycle ends.
CV and cover letter review: Review of existing CV and cover letter, including written feedback and video chat discussion. Documents reviewed for formatting, grammar, content, and organization suggestions. Changes to documents will not be completed (writing, editing, formatting, etc.) and must be done so by the client.
Mock interview: Mock interview (minimum 10 questions) tailored to mimic the type and location of your preferred residency destination. Interview conducted using Zoom and will be followed with real-time feedback, suggestions, tips, discussion, and Q&A.
Interview presentation review: Presentation review includes the review of one presentation rough draft (slides or other document per type of presentation) and practice presentation session, followed by written feedback and video chat discussion.
Mock case study: Patient case study provided for review and discussion to mimic potential interview case study.

Terms and Conditions
Client must register for the Match via the online registration portal shared by the Match and the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS) and complete all required steps and meet all deadlines as determined by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP), the National Matching Services, and PhORCAS. Schedule of dates can be found at https://natmatch.com/ashprmp/schedule.html.
Client must participate in Phase I of the Match and if necessary, Phase II of the Match and the Post-Match Process. Minimum number of applications are as follows: Phase I (6 program applications), Phase II (4 program applications; must be submitted within 24 hrs of applications opening), and post-Match (3 program applications). In lieu of the minimum number of applications, client can fulfill this criteria by alternatively completing a minimum number of onsite (or virtual) interviews as follows: Phase I (4), Phase II (2), and post-Match (2). The Client must also submit a rank order including at least 75% of the programs interviewed with each for Phase I and Phase II.
Client must sign up for the Apothecademy LLC premium residency application and interview preparatory package no later than 4/30/24 at 11:59 PM EST to qualify; money back guarantee does not apply to any other services. CV and letter of intent rough draft must be emailed to bleonard@apothecademy.com no later than 12/1/24 at 11:59 PM EST. Mock interview must be completed and presentation rough draft must also be turned in no later than 7 days before client’s first onsite (or virtual) residency interview. It is the responsibility of the client to initiate scheduling of the above services and meetings. Apothecademy LLC will make every reasonable effort to accommodate scheduling face to face meetings per client’s preference and will return CV, letter of intent, and presentation review and suggested edits within 72 hours after receipt.
Client not eligible for money back guarantee if he/she accepts a newly emerging or non-accredited residency, fellowship, of any other form of employment prior to the end of the residency match cycle. Client not eligible for money back guarantee should he/she decline an offer of residency, drop out of the Match, or are unable to complete any of the required application and interview steps due to illness, infirmity, death, or any other circumstances outside of the control of Apothecademy LLC.
Client must request money back refund in writing no later than 4/30/25 at 11:59 PM EST and include proof of satisfying above requirements including but not limited to completion actions required by ASHP, the Match, and PhORCAS, number of programs applied to for each step of the residency application process, number of interviews, rank order, and implementation of edits to CV, letter of intent, and formal presentation. Request may not be made upon the behalf of the client by another party or individual. If all of the above requirements are met and client is not offered a pharmacy residency (PGY1 or PGY2 as applicable), client will be reimbursed 100% of the purchase price paid, minus applicable fees (for example, those associated with PayPal). Return payment will be provided via the payment method originally used and within 60 days of request.

Candidates must have a minimum pharmacy school GPA of 3.0 (this qualification may be waived after discussion and amendment to this agreement) and non-traditional candidates (those applying for residency post-graduation) must obtain/maintain a full, unrestricted pharmacist license in at least one state prior to submitting residency applications.
